Group Structure
EnviroMission Group has been strategically structured to maximize shareholder value, streamline global commercialization of STEGS™ (Solar Thermal Energy Generation System), and align each entity with specific markets and responsibilities. This structure ensures both operational efficiency and jurisdictional advantages, while preserving the integrity of EnviroMission’s core assets.
EnviroMission Limited (Australia)
EnviroMission Limited (EVML) is the parent company and holds exclusive development rights for the Australian market, positioning the company at the forefront of renewable baseload deployment in Australia.
EnviroMission Group, LLC (United States)
EnviroMission Group, LLC (EVMG) is a Delaware-registered subsidiary established to spearhead the global rollout of STEGS™ technology (excluding Australia). EVMG provides a corporate platform to access U.S. capital markets, strategic partners, and advanced funding programs such as the Inflation Reduction Act (IRA) and U.S. Department of Energy initiatives. EVMG represents a cornerstone vehicle for future expansion and potential liquidity events, including a prospective U.S. stock exchange listing.
Joint Ventures & Partnerships
To accelerate commercialization, EnviroMission has formed strategic partnerships and joint ventures that leverage both technology synergies and financial strength:
- Apollo Development (USA) – JV partner for North American development, combining EnviroMission’s proprietary STEGS™ technology with Apollo’s expertise in project delivery and financing.
- Troethermal (Australia) – Strategic partner in regional development opportunities, providing land access, stakeholder engagement, and potential co-development pathways.
These partnerships broaden EnviroMission’s execution capacity while preserving EnviroMission’s majority ownership and IP control.
Intellectual Property Holding
All intellectual property, including patents, designs, know-how, and proprietary processes, are consolidated within EnviroMission Group entities. This ensures global protections and enforceability, safeguarding shareholder interests while maximizing licensing and commercialization opportunities.
Why This Structure Matters
- IP Protection – A centralised IP strategy ensures EnviroMission remains the exclusive global custodian of STEGS™ technology.
- Strategic Market Focus – Australia via EnviroMission Limited; international via EnviroMission Group, LLC.
- Investor Access – Australian investors retain exposure to domestic and global markets; U.S. & AUST investors gain direct access to international growth.
- Liquidity Pathways – Dual-market positioning creates multiple potential capitalisation and liquidity events.
